Check-in for low-cost carriers at the airport usually requires an additional fee. We automatically check-in your tourists no extra charge.

How to get boarding passes?

You can check the possibility of automatic online check-in in your booking:

1. Go to Menu > Booking and select a booking
2. Below your booking, you'll see a notice: Attention! Mandatory online registration will be made automatically. You will receive a push and email message with a link to your boarding passes.
3. No earlier than 24 hours before departure, boarding passes will become available in the section Menu > Booking > Documents

💡Important: There is no automatic check-in option for Ryan Air flights. Ryan Air flights require self-service online check-in

What if I don't have boarding passes a day before departure?

1. Go to Menu > Booking and select a booking
2. Write a request for boarding passes to the customer service in the Write to customer service field.

After receiving boarding passes, provide them to tourists in electronic or printed form.
