How to cancel a ticket reservation?

How do I cancel a ticket that has not yet been issued?

If the ticket has not yet been issued, you can cancel it yourself in your account:

1. Go to Menu > Booking in your agent account and select a booking.

2. Click the Cancel booking button

If the ticket has not yet been issued, cancellation is free of charge.

How to cancel an issued ticket?

If the ticket has already been issued, cancellation is carried out according to the fare rules:

1. Go to Menu > Booking in your agent account and select a booking.

2. Please write a cancellation request to the customer service in the Write to customer service field.

The support service will agree on the cancellation conditions with the supplier and notify you of them.

💡 Important: Low Cost airline tickets are non-refundable and can only be cancelled with a 100% penalty.
